    The first digit...In your case "0" denotes a 1970 ...

    It's a '70 model year, could have been built anywhere from March of '69(though with a consec of 299804 no chance of that) & approx July/Aug of '70... Probably it's a Feb to April '70 build...

    The stata sticker on door jamb will list what Month & Year it was built...

    At 299804 I can promise you it's on column... Either that or it's been re-VINed...

    So how do I know?? Highest KC 1969½ VIN on Paul's list is 0K91T210782, lowest 1970 is 0K91T212187... So somewhere in difference between those numbers(1405 units), the 1969½ to 1970 change occurred at Kansas City...

    And the VIN in the title is technically 'wrong'. The first digit should be a "0", not an "O" like it is in the VIN...
