Both are indeed "K" not "X"

Its interesting that you say one is late 69.5 because it doesn't have the ignition in the dash.

That's one of my concerns, the way the serial numbers lay out. Of course, as previously discussed in this thread, the serial numbers weren't necessarily sequential wrt the order in which they went down the assembly line. So the 212 Serial is a "1970" and not a "1969"? I'll edit the list. Thanks for the clarification. These numbers are still interesting!

I have just updated the 1970 VIN List. It now appears you have the earliest and latest Kansas-built 1970 VINs. :D

I noticed that too. I really want to own a 69.5 or 70 Grabber.

Wonder if the "Boss 302 Maverick" is registered here? I'll try to look for the artical. Its orange color with grabber stripes and a real boss 302 on what I remember ralley wheels. Somewhere in the artical it says "the maverick that ford should have made"

I looked at it a couple months ago, front floor on both sides is soppy wet... Windshield gasket is split in center, may be cause... Will need a new WS as there is a large star on it, no doubt would split on removal...

It doesn't run(or at least didn't) supposedly needs a new pickup in dist, battery bad from setting etc...
