    Started filling the cracks in the original stg wheel I bought here with epoxy. It is really too rough for restoration but I have a cover coming so it should be ok to use till I can find a better one.

    sanded and primed some steelie wheels and put them on the comet, cut my antenna down, installed my traction bars and washed it..not too bad for the first saturday workin on it

    Bought some things for my 9 inch rear today. 10 center section studs with washers and nuts plus 8 axle retaining T-bolts with washers and nuts - time to get this rear back together :yup:

    Haven't done anything to it today... but in the past month it's got new ball joints, tires, alignment, shocks, and the worn out '70 200/c4 swapped out for a '80 200/SROD 4 speed. and driven it 2,600 miles in the past week couple of weeks.

    Put my antenna delete plate on, got the temp sending unit installed and bled the brakes again.... she is now off the jack stands for a while....

    Put my new wheels and tires on it!! Had the tires for a while and traded my other wheels and tires for these bullitts... 255/40 up front and 275/40 out back... Finally!!! Traction!!!
