    I cut and rewelded my brake pushrod yesterday and finished tightening things up and bled the brakes today.

    Changed the sway bar link bushings on the Maverick, car sits a bit higher in the front now. Will probably take the Comet to heat the front springs in a couple of days, looking for a 1" or so drop up front.

    Pulled out windshield and back glass, cleaned it up and prepared it for headliner install tomorrow, oooohhhhh yeah I want to tell ya'll, PB Blaster liquifies the nasty Black Butyl sealer and it comes off real nice, even came off my hands real easy!!!

    Never heat springs. You do better by cutting off a coil...with a saw or cut-off wheel

    Have you gotten any estimates on that C4 rebuild & will it be a "stock" rebuild (no additional clutches in the clutch pac, no more springs?).

    on the way back (made a little tire smoke), a friend of mine called and asked if i could pick him up at the hospital...:drive:by and picked him up and took him to lunch.
