with tarps make sure you put like moisture pucks in there or such...dirt cheap and stop all mold from forming on interior.

Picked up a oil pump, a few misc trany parts..and then brushed the damn SNOW off of it because the mass wind managed to blow the cover 3/4 off.

It'll bolt straight in with no mods as long as you have the correct mounts

Finally found the correct starter so I can get everything bolted up and drop my engine back in without worrying about my shimmed starter damaging my bellhousing. Replacing my 302 that had a nasty and probably rod related knock (autopsy this weekend hopefully) with my "spare" 302 from my scrapped Mav. Was holding onto it waiting for the installed engine to hand grenade, but I'm moving and don't want to haul an extra engine with me. Also found out why I was confused about valve adjustment while working on this engine in my old Mav. Its a '68 which means although it has "non adjustable" rocker arms, it does not have positive stop studs. This means that there is an "adjustment" procedure more or less. And thats what I learned for the day.

Won boss 302 L2325 pistons on ebay. Now with the 5.155 Crower rods and the 4340 crank I can get started on the short block.

The mav is gone but i'm still here!
Finally got another hoist, it was on back order for 3 weeks.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the bolt sleeves only had 3 tack welds on each side, so I'm going to do a full perimeter weld once I refill my argon :)
