I decided not to torch more lead today. Terri wanted the carpet pulled up in the living room and some new paint on the walls. Good thing I have a nice wet saw, Ill be laying tile for awhile. But I snuck out to file the lead from yesterday. Wow this lead is incredible. I detailed it with ingraving tools to refine the lines of the drip rail. I dont think Ill need much glaze, maybe just some build up primer.

Got my new engine back last week. Put the clutch and bell housing on today and painted the headers. Hopefully I can set the engine in Tuesday night.

spent 140 dollars on 8 litre's of sythetic transmission fluid...wonder if 8's enough....anyways waiting for a call any day now for my custom converter to arrive! (should be 537ish$$ after tax) hopefully my new engine/ trans finally in this weekend?! might be putting in some long hours to get it going...unless no work on a day! which i doubt..damn construction in summer time picks up a lot.

plus went to a car show of like 500+ cars today only Mav i seen was Cliff's (grabber71) showed my dad his car as he hasn't seen his before in person..but cliff was long gone looking at other cars i assume so we moved along.

You have no idea how gentle I am with stuff.. my first toy I got as a kid is still in the box. I was raised in the look but don't touch ideals.
I then proceeded to break myself alot though.. :biglaugh:
I did give away all my stuff after my 2nd move though except for a few minor things. My grandparents, father, uncles, cousins...all hoarders.. I will admit at least none hoard actual garbage just stuff with someday might be worth sumin...or might find a use for it collections. I had..2 28 foot uhauls worth of crap... everything I own now could fit in the trunk and back seat of my maverick. I am soo much happier... but if I ever get a house..and a shop or garage watch out... I will be stock piling maverick parts..as I don't see much comet stuff or want any of it. :bouncy:

I organized a 4th of his shop..it has walking room now, was just not stacked neat enough lol. I found 50 boxes of old hard back books I thought my parents aid they donated...as 99% of what i owned was books..suprised me to see some old friends in their...donation truck coming tommorrow to get those :p I have all of them in digital and need the room to work on my car lol.

Working on getting my new radiator in.

Any suggestions on how many rows? I am thinking of just re/ferb the old one. keep it orig.

Either a allum 2 row or Copper 2 row

the allum is over 1inch thick but under 2'

I keep telling them that, the someone that might need it can't get it if you don't donate it or pass it along.. Its amazing how long its taken me to get him to even consider it... I have been working on him to organize his shop...so he could actually use it for 8 years now. And made a dint and he is in melt down mode so..will try pressing again next weekend. :D
Its also funny, that untill I saw the show hoarders I didn't have a clue anyone other than my packrat/hoarding family had this issue. Low quality stuff..massive volume = unusable space and non stop worrying about someone stealing their stuff lol.
