What did you do to your Maverick or Comet today

    looked at comet and again thought about selling it, real close to just putting her on fleabay and getting it done

    Welded the sway bar bracket back into place....that somehow broke completely off????
    Started rebuilding the steering linkage and removed the shocks. Almost ready to put the new spring perches and springs in!!!!

    Walked 2 Junk Yards and and got nothing.
    Went to Auto Krafters....the show room is open by appointment. I was lucky. I went in the main office and talked to a nice lady... got the last gas cap they had. :dance:
    Got home and ordered some thing from e-bay.

    Jeff and I went to Pull-A-Part. we pulled a...Volvo controller and harness...for someone on here...:thumbs2:
    out of about 12 Volvos there was only 1 controller there...this controller is only on...2 speed E-fan cars.
    we stopped back by Baby Janes and had lunch.

    ...A Large Time Was Had By All...

    PS...i think Jeff is going to make a good...headliner installer...:thumbs2:

    Should be getting my roller spring perches today! Now to figure out my spring issues....

    Got all my parts on... Pics in my gallery... Next I'm gonna get the roller perches and new uca bushings, replace my upper ball joints then its on to the rear end!

    Swapped out 650 double pumper carb to a 800 double pumper carb then took it for a test drive, all I can say is wow what a difference. It really woke the motor up:character0182:
