    Confirmed what I should have verified BEFORE I sold the quarter panel pieces, I need to patch the lower quarters.:banghead: Once I actually got in there with a flapper wheel and some light, they aren't as solid as I had thought. Oh well, that's the way it goes.:huh:

    changed ignition lock. checked fire to all injectors, changed advance on distributer. getting ready to get front end aligned. ;)))

    Tearing mine down for paint and new powertrain. Pulled front clip, front/rear bumpers, quarter extensions and disconnected most everything on the powertrain to pull the engine and tranny.

    :grumpy: hit a friggin metal curb and ruined my near new tire and dinged my rim pretty good

    stupid city and there decorative metal curb over storm drains.:grumpy::sour:

    I feel your pain, I had a coworker drive my new truck with 1000 miles on it, and did the same thing on a Chicago curb, destroyed a rim, tire, etc.

    Got my bracket modified and the passenger seat is now installed.

    renewed tags yesterday, getting towed to the alignment shop today ;) soon I get to test drive .

    comet is aligned, and ready to pickup Monday ;( damn road crew has the alignment shops driveway all blocked...

    Took some parts to my friends house so he could decide which ones are going to be the best to use when it comes time for body work and paint.
    Last weekend I got a deal on a bunch of parts so pretty soon I'll have a set of '72 small bumper front fenders, bumper, valance and stone guard for sale. I'll also have the small rear bumper and valance.
