Yesterday I spent filling unwanted trim holes on the driver side, pulled the glass from the door and the rear vent window and started fixing a tear in the quarter.

Today I pulled the differential apart, I was going to sell the "new 4.33" gears since I have no use for them, turns out they were 4.56 and used junk. The pinion had a couple chunks out of it and the drive side of the ring gear tooth had a sharp edge at the top. Looking at the bolts I had to think they were loose and potentially added to the issue. Almost forgot to mention, the pinion bearing wasn't seated either. Whoever set these up this go around had no idea what they were doing, I would have never used them, they're headed for the trash now.

Boy, that is a familiar sight. Are you going the same color?

Yes, grabber blue. With a blacked out (think mach 1) hood.

That's the plan. Hopefully it'll get painted soon.

Drove 110 Miles today to a Dr's appt. While I was in Boise I bought an awesome T5 Tremac 5 speed trans out of a 87 Fox V8 Mustang for my Mabel. Got the bell housing and block spacer as well. Guess I will sell my new C4 with shift kit now.

I got the headliner from Melvin's. Put it in last weekend. Not to bad, a few wrinkles.

I also got the back glass in, and covered the rear package tray and dash pad.
