You know honestly i am a little dissapointed(not really) with how little extra work I had to do to get mine in.
When I was searching for all the information to put one in usually all I found was that it requires tunnel modifications and that discouraged most people from doing it....There are litterally almost no pictures of a tremec in a maverick.

So fully expecting to have to cut the whole transmission tunnel off and having to build one from scratch when I started putting the transmission in place to see how much I needed to cut to mock everything up.
I was really really surprised to see it was so easy. Heck I know some of the guys that installed T5's had to do the same ammount of work that I have had to do to put it in.

So in a year after you buy it and when you are ready to put it in give me a holler and I will help you however I can. :thumbs2:

I thought out of high school the girls wouldn't run 30 miles over the speed limit and stop right when they get somewhere but here on campus it's worse. :(

I know they get mad though when they get behind the slow driving maverick :D

Filled my car full of tools and boxes getting ready for the move. Other than that she wasn't touched, fired up, or moved a hair.

Headlight relays and Halogen bulbs. :thumbs2: Its no wonder the bulbs don't get full voltage with stock wiring. Expected the wires to be bigger.

Cleaned, scraped, vac., cleaned and rust proofed front floor pans. Weldded in 3 small holes in the front floor board. Drilled 3 holes for the buckets seats. Got the old, rusted tracks off the seats and put the new ones on. Test fit the bucket seats.......and they work. :D Ran wires for the rear speakers, kick panel speakers.
Painted the rest of the plastic parts. Man I'm tired. time for a BEER or two.

Tomorrow....lay the new carpet in place and let it rest in place for a day or two.
Take the Mach 1 for a cruz. :drive:

Had to massage the driveshaft tunnel upwards with a decent sized hammer...Driveshaft would occasionally touch towards the rear on heavy duty dips in the road
