I love MTOD. No annoyingly drunk host (looking at you Rawlings) and they just seem to have fun.

When I originally bought the car, it had the plastic Flex-a-Lite. I read Chip's post on another thread and was like NOPE. But thanks for everyone's input. Wasn't sure if I wanted to go to the E-Fan right away, but I guess choices are limited.

If you want to run mechanical fan I would run a clutch fan. There's a reason the manufactures run then, they work.

Hi Frank! What switch did you use for the inertia switch? Sounds like a mod I have to put in.

I finally got this Sniper fuel injection working the way it should, and the solution surprised me. Turns out the stock fuel line was inadequate, and would provide proper pressure, but not proper volume. I installed -6AN line from the tank to the throttle body, and it runs as it should, and much better than with the carb. I want to thank Mike Coney of Coney's Customs for the help getting this to work. Take care all!

Got a lead on an old backwoods junk yard today. Found a good parts car sitting in the back. Took home a few goodies. I had a 1970 Galaxie with that flex fan. It also had the wheel covers shown in the picture below. they had extra long, pot metal spokes that could fly off they were cracked. I heard Nader's organization claimed they were dangerous because someone could get hit with them like a throwing knife. I managed to survive.

Haven’t decided yet, I would love to build it but she is kinda crusty. I might sell it if someone brings cash but I’m going to avoid parting this one out likely.

the one I have came from A Crown Vic. this is a pic of it and a light on reel I have in the trunk. the cord will reach to under the hood. I think it came from a mid 80s cheby truck.
