Well, let's see. The buick is 3500 ccs which works out to about 213 ci. So, it would probably work pretty well.

They make some monster aftermarket turbos for the Buicks.
The turbo Buicks commonly run 10-12 sec without spending a fortune.
What is encouraging is that they are a fairly heavy car.

I'm kinda on a budget,if it gets a power adder I've got a "sneaky Pete" 50 hp shot and also a Compucar plate system(50-250 hp).I'm gonna wait & see how that new head/intake deal comes along over at FSPP before I do anything,it supposed to be available by spring.

BTW,the most I would throw at it(nitrous)would be around 100 max. Just so no one thinks I would put 250-300 hp shot at a street 6!:evilsmile

I picked 302/C4. I don't like manuals and sixes are slow unless you have a few thousand to throw around. The only six I'll take is this one:

Configuration 2.6 Liter RB26DETT Twin turbo Inline 6

    Valvetrain DOHC 4 valves/cylinder

    Displacement 2568cc / 156.7 cid

    Power 280 BHP @ 6800rpm
    Torque 289.1ft/lb @ 4400
    Bore 3.39 in
    Stroke 2.9 in
    Compression Ratio 8.5:1
    Redline 8000 rpm

Someday I will actually put one of these skyline engines in a maverick :evilsmile
