They do, upper & lower control arms are same from the '66 Fairlane/Falcon/Ranchero/Comet/Cyclone etc(thru '71) & 67 Mustang/Cougar(thru '73) all the way through the Mav/Comet to the '80 Granada/Monarch... I have a similar kit on my Comet, only issue was I had to buy the '69-earlier tie rods to fit the pre 1970 spindle... There isn't but a couple piece of the steering and none of the suspension that was in the car when I got it
Well, I got the firewall holes drilled and the brake pedal assembly installed. It went easier than I thought; the old clutch and brake assembly was hard to remove, I rolled it to the left 90 degrees, with much hassle, and it finally came out. The new one went in much nicer with no clutch pedal to fight with. Here's also some pics of everything that's going to the powder coater's and a couple of my front wheel. You can see the shoulder inside the wheel center hole that needs to be machined down 1 inch into the bore. The wheels are lug-centric, so it will be fine. I'll stop posting until its done in a couple weeks so I'm not highjacking the forum all the time. Later
before making the hole larger make sure the rim will fit over the caliper. the profile of the brake style rim and the disc. style are sometimes different.
Yes thanks, it's all good. I have a 14 inch steel magnum 500 for a spare and it went on. Some people have had trouble with those fitting disc brakes. My new 15 inch magnums have an extra 3/4 in inside diameter and there is less taper as well.
NICE car! I love those wheels. They look really cool. Great to see more of these cars North of the border!!
