I used to jam to a cd of thousand foot krutch when I drove my first mav to work everyday. Rush is an aquired taste....... like blue cheese maybe. Like it or not, alex lifeson is one of the most underrated guitar players ever. Neil peart is also an excellent drummer!
Had to check out Slightly Stoopid, they are awesome! Guess that's what I'll be listening to for the rest of the summer Oh, and On-Topic.. I only have the original philco AM-radio in my Comet, and, since we use FM here it will only pick a decent signal when I'm standing still.. I guess I'll have to get a cd player in it soon, I kinda miss music when I'm driving it..
Iron Maiden/Run to the Hills. Still love Maiden. Never quite understood why a bunch of British dudes wrote a song about Native Americans but it sounds cool.
guess I will add my Usually I start out with something like ACDC she shook me all night long go to some Dio...mmmm rainbow in the dark..... then jump to some Nirvanna, Stone Sour, Nickelback, and Silverchair... Then end up with a song from the likes of Chris Ledoux, Jhonny Cash, or Charlie Daniels. Annnnddd if my stepson is riding with me and starts being a snot about my old music, I have a USB(gotta love having all my music on flash drives, that way if I loose them Im out $20 instead of the price of an Ipod/mp3 player) packed with Mozart, Chopin, and Bethoven:evilsmile...Yes I like that stuff too...
All that plays in my mav is any classic rock and country! Mostly country but when i fell the need 2 speed i crank up the rock
clint black, saw him in concert today also haha, chris ledoux, garth brooks...mostly country but acdc, metallica, mushroom head, bunch of different kinds haha
Anything I'm feeling... But I think Tom Petty Runnin' Down a dream or Refugee sounds best with the car.
I play the old thing that in no way fits my appearance. But when i blast out. Penn. 6-5000, By Glen Miller. People have said i like that is that one of those new bands?
The Chevelles Seeing Red or Danzing Mother unless my little dogs with me I just let him listen to the low rumble of the engine.
