    That was quick thinking but in some parts around here he would have taken return fire. lol
    Once when working at Lee Steam station in SC we had a 80's Ford van. One day as we were heading to the motel we came up on road construction on I85 and the idiot driving did the key thing and turned it back on just as we came up on the road crew. About half of them hit the deck and the other half jumped behind something. It was as loud as a 12 gauge. Got to be such a habit with us that at 6:30 every afternoon at the part of the interstate all the workers took a break. lol
    By the time we took the van back and turned it in the muffler was not in very good shape.
    Shameful but fun.
