    is it called an emergency brake lever? i need one but the brake shops dont know what i'm talking about.

    I always called it a parking brake lever.

    It is a "parking brake", it can be used in an emergency situation (I've done it) if the hydraulic system fails, but its primary purpose is for parking, especially on hills... ;)

    go to www.raybestos.com cruise around that site and sooner or later you will find anything your car needs in brake hardware. or try a wrecking yard.
