Just got in from lowering the front. Compressed springs make me nervous. I cut a full coil out and it dropped 1.5". Was hoping for 2". Really hoping she settles some cause I really don't want to do it again I have a brand new set of springs as backups if need be.
They make Me nervous too. If those are old springs, they will settle. If they are new springs, fuggettaboutit.
You know cutting coils wont help that stiff issue as im pretty sure when you cut a coil it raises the spring rate Also when you cut spring it make your suspension travel worse.. sadly us maverick guys dont have any good cheap options Btw whats your BS specs for your rim combo?
