Where should I put my Tach?

Hey guys, thread from 2004, and polling stations are closed.

With that being said...



With rear gear swap and different tires, the speedo is useless, and I use a GPS on the windshield for a speedo anyways. (still stuck to the windshield top right corner of picture)

I can't see the turn signal indicators, though...

 

I have a minitach so turn signals, idiot lights, gauges are all visible.

 

Yeah, I had one, but when I took a turn with a bit of drift, the battery flew around in the trunk and came off, and the alternator blew out my tach.

So this is the new one.

I have mine where I can see all the gauges; I like to know where my gas needle lies. The unit is 3.5" Autometer. I choose this size specifically so it cud be placed where I have a view of entire dash cluster. I like the appereance of the meduim size tach, it seems to go w\ the cluster better than the monster units....

 

Oh, yeah, I cannot see my gas gauge anymore, either...

I had my old one set up like mojo's.
