Why am I unable to upload a picture

    No - this is a common misconception. New members are limited to the size of a picture attachment, and cannot upload to a gallery, but they can upload the correct size picture to a thread.

    OK, just one question : when are you no longer a "new user", able to use the gallery ;) I try to find the info in the forum rules, but i didn't...
