Now the AJE lower control arms mount into the front body old leaf spring pocket.
Now the AJE control arms mount in these bolt on 8.8 lower brackets that slid into a FOX 8.8 rear end and bolt in.
Now the Anti Roll bar plugs right into these, No fuss ,no muss. Nice piece!
Then the ARB mounts bolt right to frame rails. Notice poly mounts so nice on the road.

Then you bolt in the frame connectors. You can see the mounts to hold the Torque arm front mount on the connectors.

Then this front torque arm mount crossmember bolts right to connectors.

From my research some state str8 6 Mavs rears are 56.5 wide drum to drum and v8 ones are 57 inches wide. Fox body rears are listed at around 59 1/4. On my mav,s 8 inch rear I have 1.5 inch wide spacers on each side making the rear 59.5 inches wide and that fits the 2002 Mustang rear rims perfect under car.

^^^I like this! Mustang engine, drivetrain, brakes, and suspension with Maverick sheet metal.
I just wonder if it'll fit my '70 with the small trans tunnel.

Wow.. very very nice. Good price too. No need to be defensive or confrontational as that wasn't the point I was trying to convey. Main point was that many still think that Mustang parts will swap right over to these narrower railed/smaller rear housing cars and I thought this may have been a similarly repeated mistake, is all. Since it wasn't mentioned(unless I may have missed it somewhere due to multitasking and poorly executed speed reading... I didn't make the assumption that AJE had released a new prototype made specifically for our cars. My bad and sure glad I was wrong.

Thanks for all the great pic's too. Would like to see and hear more as you progress with the install. Will you be adding all this into your garage?.. or maybe at least do a dedicated build thread? Sorry to drill you for more time investment here but I know I'm not the only one interested in your buildup right now or in the future. And maybe using a thread name like "AJE Maverick torque Arm rear suspension kit" gets lots of hits on the net and eases the search around this joint once this thread gets buried. Good business for our cars and everyone involved with them. Thanks again for the pic's and info. :thumbs2:

Hey Guy, I see how you can take that I might have been defensive or confrontational but not what I was trying to do. I was just stating and asking a ?. There is alot of different info out there and I like to see correct and up to date info out there for Mav guys to see. Yes I will be doing a build thread on this for sure. I just got my Mustang tucked away in another garage so that means Mav can go in my other bay and start getting cut up.

Yep.. that goes right along with my same mindset too and why I was doubting the "bolt on" part of that kit. Lots of guys think all the other pony car stuff fits our cars just the same and it gets perpetuated to cause more confusion. Looking forward to seeing more info on this kit.

Just curious.. have you ever looked at the Griggs and Cortex stuff to compare this kit?

Yes I looked into all makers and kits. Rods and custom , heidts , griggs and such. I didn't want Mustang 2 front end. I drove couple with this and didn't like the way they rode. My fox bodies handle fine for me. The Griggs and Cortex stuff is just way to expensive, 7000 and 9000 for their front end kit!! And i'm not a road racer. I want light that will make car handle better then it does now. Struts and rack are all I need. I have AJE k member in my Mustang and it fits like a glove. I hope the rear TA handles the beatings I will be giving it.

If I was going to go through all this amount of fab work & had the money, you could forget about a 4.6 or a 5.4.There would be a coyote 302 in mine,& then with upgrades you could push your power to the MOON.Go online & watch the new super stockers race,CPO Camaros,V10 & Hemi Cudas & Chargers & the Mustangs. The fastest car in that class right now is a 331 pro charged Mustang, can you say 8.3 in the qtr.Now sure you would never build that for the street, but you would have endless possibilities as to what you could do with just a tune. The internals on a coyote are rock solid to near a 1000 HP,I`d say for $11000 it is a steal.

The coyotes are nice no doubt but they are pricey, And as of right now you can't get auto ones to work. I would only want auto. Also a built 4.6 4V can make as much and more then a coyote has ever made. The fastest 4V's are running in the 5.9's. Also all the older yoda block have deck problems in high HP apps. Ford put more meat and braces in the new blocks to prevent this. Again I would love yoda but to much money,
