New door panel

    IMAG0024[1].jpg What started out to be a new weather stripping project turned into new door panels as well. And while I was at it I coated the inside with Por 15 and added some sound proofing. Painted the door interior and added a Mustang arm rest. Bought new door panels from Melvins and had the local upholstery shop cover them.

    Yes. The ones on the market today, while very nice, do not come in the tan color. I used the same material on the seats. Not a factory match but close to the original. The door boards were $69.95 plus $30.00 shipping and it cost $110.00 to cover both panels.
