How hard will it be to replace the brake master cylinder? No power brake or power anything for that matter. Someone had left the brake line off the front left brake and the brake fluid looks like crap. The master cylinder is also rusty inside and out. im gonna end up replacing the rubber brake lines all around too.

Not that much involved! Remove the clip on the brake pedal, remove lines on MC, remove two bolts holding it to firewall and that's it. Be sure to bench bleed the replacement MC before reinstall. Also, it's a good idea to replace the brake switch while you have the work being done. That way, reduces the probability having to get under the dash again.
Check your wheel cylinders; If you have rust in the MC, you more than likely have rust there. Too, be on safe side, I would get replacement wheel cylinders while I am working and only do the job once. Nothing more important than stopping and steering -- IMO....

    Pretty easy.
The hardest part is crawling up under the dash to remove the clip that holds the push rod on the brake pedal. The brake light switch will be on there too.
