Yeah that's a far better than average build sheet, original top copy and looks like they'd just changed the printer ribbon... Sheets also have three or four carbon copies, bottom one is often very weak(hey Joe what's this say?)... Almost no spring marks, apparently back seat wasn't used much...

Only thing I see is bottom line has shifted to right one space, common issue...

Looks like my VIN is already up there from an eBay ad: 3K91F189536.

Too bad the content was taken down, would be interesting to see.

I still don't understand why they didn't put the spoiler on the Comet from the factory, that is one sexy behind!

Both vehicles I currently own. The 2dr is a work in progress and the 4dr is a driver.

I was at a vintage salvage yard and thought to catalogue all the Mavericks/Comets for this thread. These are all R.I.P vehicles. Been in the fields for decades. There were a couple of vehicles I was unable to catalogue due to accessibility.

I see in the 1971 Mercury Comet VIN's that my VIN is listed as RIP......not so, I'm in process of replacing all the cancerous metal from the windshield forward. VIN is 1K31F576663 and is alive and well!
