A/C Compressor

    In my experience you will need to replace the compressor, all the orings, and the evap switch. Possibly some lines. You will also need to have the condenser rebuilt or replaced, and the same with the dryer. You will spend around $700 to $1000 to get all this done.

    In that case i may just get a 12 volt fan. Can i just put in an aftermarket cigarette lighter socket and is the wire already there for me to wire it up? the diagram says there should be a blue wire with a white tracer.

    I might try one of those peltier coolers. They dont draw much amperage and get pretty cold. They cone with a heat sink and fan.

    Yes...the wire should already be there.
