    Hi guys!
Im tearing my '74 mavs enginebay apart and wirings are all out except that main connect in the firewall.
I tried to pull it but it seems to be very tight fit.
Is there any screws or pins or something that is holding it down? Or am I just too weak :D

Have u removed the screw from inside the firewall that seperates the outer from inner half?
The fuse block is a two piece affair.

It's a 3/8" bolt head in center of block, can't miss it. After fuse box is unplugged, a couple plastic tabs must be slightly compressed, they hold firewall side of plug in place.

Did U find the screw and get fuse block removed? Are you re-wiring the entire car?

    Yes, fuse block is out.

I think im going to repair the old enginebay harness. Actually, my co-worker will do it, he is a car enthusiast and electrician. My knowledge of electric is poor: all I know about it is that it is blue and it hurts
