Nice floor. Would love to clean and paint mine.
Might try to make it a winter project.

Is that race deck tiles? If so, how do you like them?

    yes, race deck...
it's nice, just took a little getting used to the hollow sound when first walking on it. I had the commercial tiles first and they were glued to the cement floor, but they were harder to keep clean.

Replaced fuel filter and pump after finding rust on the filter.
Dropped the fuel tank to find it really rusty, any advice on how to clean/seal it again would be appreciated.
    Thank you!!

After being under car many times. I cleaned tag on rear and first thing that caught my eyes is 2.79 on tag.
    Thought i had 3.00 gears.

Generally only A/C optioned cars had 3.00(at least beginning '71)... There was a option for different gears, no idea what or when.

I took mine to a radiator shop that charged me 90$ and gave it back still rusty and dirty. all they did was soak it a little and solder up some pin holes. I power washed the inside several times until chunks quit falling out. After it was dry, I rinsed it with acetone and sealed it with 2 quarts of tank sealer, and coated all the rust on the outside with POR 15. I carefully cleaned my sending unit and re-soldered the wires on it. It has been working well for 5 years now, but I spent as much money to fix it as a new one would cost. Also, the sealer plugged my vent. I had to remove the tank to take the vent out and remove the sealer from the vent. So, if you seal yours, remember that.

Even with prunny 2.79's, loves the way she rev,s. Chirps shifting to 2nd and pulls good holding 2nd.

Came out just like i wanted. Cruise effortlessly at 65 mph.
