    If you are talking about the green wire in the coil is that some one by pass the ignition switch
    Posible the green wire has direct current to the coil all the time check it

    The green is for the ranch. I'm taking about the unplugged white harness thing

    It went to the emissions. Best I can remember it attached to the air cleaner. Notice the tracer wire is not a solid stripe. This tells me it could go to emissions or safety stuff like seatbelts or key buzzer reminder.
