I know I posted in another thread, but is there a horn relay in my 73 maverick? if so, where is it located?
    Thanks.

If your car is like my '70 there's no relay. The horn button gets power from the circuit breaker built into the headlight switch. If your lights work, that's not the problem. Does the horn work connected directly to the battery? Also, the horn bracket has to be well grounded to the body.

X2 on that. I added a HI horn to the car as I did not like the anemic sound of the single LO. In my case, the paint on the horn and bracket was enough to insulate it and prevent it from working correctly.

    No relay..

As mentioned, horn circuit is fed from circuit breaker built into HL switch. Circuit splits inside switch, if brake lights operate the switch is OK. Generally park & dash lights are also out.

There's no power going to the horn wires behind the steering wheel.

The horn switch power wire comes from a light green/red wire at the turn signal switch connector on the steering column that, in turn, comes from the light swich. The other wire that goes to the horn connects to a dark blue wire at the turn signal connector.
