Changing this to a Melvin's review. I was having issues getting an order through (not Melvin's fault, card company's fault). Wound up having to do a check over the phone. All through the issues they stayed in touch. Ordered Tuesday, arrived today. Order is correct. Customer service 5 stars. Overall 4.5 because the website/catalog pricing needs to be updated. They are a small family run business and I get that some things get pushed down the to do list in the day to day, but current pricing helps when you are budgeting and or shopping around. Will certainly do business with them again.
