Mavericks with Cragars

Can't beat (in my opinion) the classic look of Cragars on a Maverick.

It is amazing how much better the car looks with just that simple change.

I believe the rear wheels are 8" wide. 245/60/14

 

Yeah, a nice set of Cragars look good on pretty much anything.

 

I love classic wheels on classic cars.:bananaman Cragars are going on my '77. I have American "Daisies" (painted black) on my '73. I have a set of Magnums I need to put on something.

Looking at Craig's pictures, wheels and tires is what makes Granny's grocery getter Junior's sporty little car.

This is a neat comparison.Look how much more of a solid look Fish's car has with black wall tires.Personally i really don't care for white letter tires,heck B.F Goodrich doesn't advertise my name on there cars. Just my 2 pennie's not cutting up anyones ride.I'll see if i can dig up some pics of my car with different wheels on it.

 

Cragars (in good condition) look decent on Mavericks, but definitely can be "beat", as there are other wheels that look even better...

Cragers are alright but I would take a nice set of torque thrust over them any day.

 

Keystone Classics, which are made by Cragar. I also like the S/S's alot to.

 

Only wheel I think that would look better would be a set of polished or chrome Torque Thrusts....
