New Garage Plans

    Well I contacted the escavator last week, ground breaking was suppose to start this week but he has fallen behind because of the rain we finally got the past 2 weeks.

    I decided to stick build it and came up with 2 plans, one to give to the building department and the other is what I plan on doing after the final inspection is done.;)

    Decided to add 10 feet onto the plans and make the proper man cave.:D
    Will have a bathroom, pool table, video game system, tv, exercise equipment and a fridge. Total space will be 14' wide by 30 feet deep.

    That way when I have maverick and comet visitors we will have a proper
    place to BS.
    The plans havent been finallized yet but this is close.

    I'm sure that shop will be like mine "a man cave" & you'll be in there "ALL" the time. As for me there is nothing wrong with that but, my wife has other ideas. Best of Luck Robert do it the way you want it, no one else will!

    I am lucky...I dont have a wife or kids....just a great GF (Loves old Mustangs) with 3 girls all out to college. She does say If I put a bed out there she will never see me:p.

    Well it has taken quite a bit a time....but the construction starts this week:dance:, just got a call from the guy that will do the digging. He is bringing the equipment up tomorrow and will start this thrusday. I went down last week and got the building permit. Final plan is to build 30x68 with 20 feet used for a work-out / Pool table room, bathroom, wet bar...have to have a place to hold maverick gatherings:rolleyes:

    Got several cousin's and friends rounded up to help put it all together, so with luck by spring it will be finished...well as finished as the codes department is concerned:D.
