    Universities use ".EDU" in their addresses. You do have to avoid the personal pages by some students but it is easy to tell the difference between a university document and a student web page. "EDU" is for educational sites.

    sooooo where do these ""EDU" sites get their information...:huh:

    do they do the...Mythbuster...type research or get it off the "NET" from other..."EDU" sites that get it off the "NET...:huh:

    I think that they would warrant their product to make mileage or HP higher if this was for real....

    ===================================================
    "Manufacturer’s Warranty
    The Fitch
    ® Fuel Catalyst products have a ninety (90) day money back guarantee provided the installation
    instructions were followed correctly and the return of the product is based either on product defect or
    dissatisfaction with the product's performance. The Fitch Fuel Catalyst device is guaranteed to be free from
    defects in material and workmanship for a period of 250,000 miles (defined by EPA in 40 CFR 85.117), or 5,000
    operating hours from the date of installation. The manufacturer warrants that the installation of Fitch Fuel Catalyst
    product on a vehicle will not cause the emissions noncompliance of the engine on which it is installed for the life

    of the catalyst from the date of installation."

    ======================================

    Well, at least you can return it (at your expense) if you are not satisfied with it's performance (as long as it is in the first 90 days).

    I figured it fits along the same line as this topic, I would be more willing to try it for that fact.:thumbs2: Also they actually give magazine articles and dyno data in their favor......But in the same respect the Tornado's were the same way.:rolleyes:

    Hello Everyone, greetings from Outback Australia!:tiphat:

    I have been reading all the HHO success stories on the internet and found this discussion and noticed that the Fitch catalyzer is mentioned.
    The Only word that describes the Fitch Catalyzer is "Awesome", nearly as good as an HHO installation!

    This Dynograph of a motorcycle with and without the Fitch Catalyzer clearly demonstrates the improvement in engine performance one should expect.

    I hope you're being sarcastic.
    .2 lb ft torque increase and .3 hp decrease? How is that "Awsome"?
    That's probably within the dyno's error rate, basically no change using the Fitch device.

    Popular Mechanics latest HHO tests

    "So, last month I received an electrolyzer, fabricated by my old Monster Garage partner, Steve Rumore at Avalanche Engineering out in Colorado...It took me a few days of puttering around in my shop to get the electrolyzer up and running. I'm using an HKS Camp 2 onboard computer, hooked into an LCD monitor that's suction-cupped to the windscreen, to check things like mass airflow, fuel-injector pulse width, battery voltage and, of course, fuel economy.

    But guess what? My fuel economy is exactly the same, whether the HHO generator is turned on or not. And that's exactly what I expected. This isn't anecdotal evidence from several tankfuls of gasoline. It's steady-state, flat-road testing, and I don't even pretend to have actual economy numbers. I'm using fuel-injector pulse widths directly from the OBD II port. That means I'm measuring the actual time the injectors are open and delivering fuel. When the HHO generator is toggled on, there's no change. And when it's turned back off, there's no change. Well, the computer's system voltage sags a couple of tenths of a volt, indicating the current drain to run the electrolyzer.

    So stay tuned, because we're still testing. Once we get some more data onboard, we'll be dyno testing."

    I'll still pay the price for gas, I'm too fat to walk anywhere.
