plan on using it for a daily driver. nothing special really but i thought i would post it up anyways since im bored and the wife is asleep, lol.

it's a '97 Ranger,XLT, Ext. Cab, 2.3, 5sp, 2wd, PW, PDL, PS, AC, Keyless Entry. Green exterior and grey interior. it's got a few miles on it but i bought it to putt around in and maybe haul engines around or something. and can always drive it to work with decent fuel mileage. ill snap some pics tomorrow and post them up. out of all the rangers that i have owned over the yrs, this is the only one with power door locks and powers windows. every other ranger that i have had has been manual windows/locks. not to mention ive always been a fan of the 93-97 body style :)

yeah, they're good on gas. dunno if it will be as good as my ford probe but should still be kinda close. just another one to insure, lol  sometimes it's fun to walk out in the morning and just kinda pick what u wanna drive. and with our insurance company, we had to open two policies to cover them all since we have a '00 Explorer XLT, '97 Ranger XLT, '95 Probe, '71 Maverick, '72 Maverick & '73 Maverick.

i think ill stay in the middle. lower the back to make it level with the front and then leave it alone. it's a 2wd so i dont see me lifting it up, and im not into the mini-truckin' thing so ill stay in the middle :)

i love rangers, they have to be the most durable truck ever built! i had a really nice one was gonna pre run it but i rolled it. it was 1999 supercab xlt all power and every highest option 74k miles 8.8 diffy with 3.55 gears and limited slip.... couldnt buy a better one it was a steal too only 4k i had it less than a week though. we are in the process of parting it out thats how i got my maverick i bought it from my dad whos building a 70 chevelle and so far i got 1800 for mav parts from the ranger so far. its almost gone though.. my other ranger is still kickin though and its seen more air than a 747 good luck with yours!

ive had a few of them, and like the 93+ body style the best i think. ive had:
    '90 2wd XLT 2.3/5sp -white
'93 4wd LWB XLT 4.0/5sp -black (also came factory w/ 4.10 gears limited slip front & rear)
    '95 2wd XLT 2.3/5sp -blue
'97 2wd XLT Ext cab 2.3/5sp -green (current)
