Don;t know if anyone watches this but if you do, turn to HD Theater channel right now cause they are pulling out some of the best cars of the current auction. A lot of Shelby cars right now but some of these prices are amazing.
They will sell the 57 Heaven cars on Oct 24. These cars are all 1957. I was there this past week to view them. Awesome collection and the owner is selling the collection to raise funds to capture the land market in these economic times. Spoke to an employee there, they are not happy.
Pardon my ignorance on the subject, but why would they be angry he is doing that to get the land market? Am I missing something here? And when you say the employees are not happy, are those the Mecum people or someone else?
Employees of the Museum are unhappy. Losing their jobs. All cars in the museum are being sold. Branson MO. Great Museum, owned by a non car guy, he is a money guy. I have always been a lover of cars, not in it for the money, heck, I have spent a small fortune on what others would see as wasted money.
