No stripes, posibly a scoop if i find one. Its going to be that red and black two tone. The black will be where that body line is on the sides of the car. Simple but kinda unique. Youl see when its finished.

    finaly!

Its painted! Trying to get the real car finish, So i havent been able to work on this much. Ive started to put it back together. I need to find a rear bumper for it, didnt come with one. Its needs a few more coats of wax. Heres some pics of how it looks now.

Heres my favorit part. The original head lights were just chrome. I drilled them out out, put clear lenses in, and added lights.

Im trying to lower the back a little bit. The rear mounting braket is maid out of brass tubing, so i can probly bend it a little.

The sidepipes from the Monogram Heavy Chevy would cover the exposed undercarriage under the rockers. I have a large collection of 1:24 scale model parts including blower motors and scoops and such.

Are you able to replace the rims and wheels with something more retro like Cragars or magnum 500s?
