I was looking through an old car magazine that is published here in Southern Ontario that was from Dec 2006 that i got at a cruise night last weekend and lo and behold inside i see a picture of a wicked black 4-door small bumpered Maverick. This Maverick has had it's top chopped and is all black including it's bumpers and door handles. It was from Ontario and my still be here. In the story that the car's picture is placed it talks about chopped cars but does not say a word about the Maverick. Does anyone know where this car has gone, who owns it now and what is the engine in it? I would love to see it in person, very cool! Check out this Maverick.

    Yeah that's a sexy car.
If i had the cash I'd want to do the same on my Comet.

I think it used to be in Missouri. Didn't it used to be white?

I saw the car last fall in Burlington, VT. at the NSRA NorthEast Nationals.

That is one really nicely done car.

Four door would be a royal pain in the arse - To chop a two door ya might as well start off with a dozen spare roofs, cut off two fingers, and burn yourself with the torch a few times for fun. :yup:
