Anyone using a donut spare/space saver out of cars built in the 1990 until present. I have seen the old thread on whether Mav's came w/ space savers. I have Magnum 500 wheel/tire 205*60*14; 5 lug in my trunk now and want to reclaim some of the space. :Handshake

Mine came from a Jeep. It's almost the same diameter as my regular tires though, so might not be what you're looking for.

    Donut

    Hey Frank,

    Thanks for the pic's.
1.) I like that setup w/ the Linc TC donut. I will be looking for one nx week. What is the approx dia of the tire? What's that in front of ur tire "stero amp"?
2.) I asked u a question a few months ago abt ur Gearvendor OD. I was thinking abt changing my C4 to AOD. But at 70mph im only doing about 2700. I think the car has 3:00 gears. I don't see where I wud gain a enough for the cost and trouble. I'm stickig w/C4-at least for now.
I'm thinkin the GV is less trouble at maybe little more expense. What's ur advise on this?

i will get the size tomorrow...
    yes, that is my amp.
the GV and AOD have their pros...
the GV is more streamlined and can can handle more power in the OD mode.
my AOD has a full race build w/ transbrake and OD lockout.
    the Aod is more compact.
