    I found this 1960 El Camino. It is rough but not to rough! Its a great project. What would somebody think its worth.

    Back end looks pretty rusty and the front end looks like it used another vehicle as brakes at some point in its life. Looks like a lot of body work would be needed and I bet it's hell to find parts (someone correct me) for those since that model ran for a whopping two years. I'd say haul off value... or $500 to be fair. Did you get it?

    No i have not bought it yet but since its so rare and all there i would think more then $500. It has no rusted through spots that i have seen just 20 different colors.

    The windshield being taller then the windows in the doors just ruins it for me on those old Chevys. Other then that they've got such nice lines. If there is truly no rust through anywhere, it's easily worth $1000-1500, maybe more. I'd offer $500 and go from there... What engine/trans is in it?

    I would pay $500 with motor.
    If the floors are solid, with motor, I would offer him $700 IMO.

    Already parted it and crushed it. It was rather rough.. They also have a 76/77 maverick that i will probably end up buying,

    I hate to here they crushed that.Saw one no better at an old auto auction 3 years ago sell for5400 and the guy that got it mentioned how rare they really are.Oh well,can't save them all.

    The camino is still round he is talking about green comet in back ground that i parted it and crushed it. I offered the guy $750 cash and 73 comet gt. He is wanting $1500 for it. Which isnt that bad.

    At $1500 I would definately pass. You have a nice maverick and would focus on that instead of dragging home every car I could find. I know this by experience. To me its a lot nicer to have one nice vehicle than a bunch of junkers

    I really like this camino i might though. I will probably just buy a dirtbike :rofl2:
