I had a parts Maverick with those on it, they dont look that bad just not my favorite wheel. Cleaned up and painted inside the fins might look better. I think I would hold out for a set of Cragars or old school Keystones or even some Magnum 500s, but you are the judge of what you want.

Price seems good on them as they are a nostalgic wheel and dont see them for sale that often. Maybe you could do a Maverick version of the General Lee :)

I had a set like the first ones on my 71 Chevelle back in the day. I painted the sections between the ribs the color of the car, they looked good.

Your question took me back to my high school days. A girl asked me the same thing. Her rims looked good too. :yup:

Used Cragars are cheap, and pop up all the time.

and look and fit fine. Especially on our 70s model cars.

so majority says the first set looks fine but do you think they will fit?

The charger rims just seemed like a good deal cause they are pretty cheap and relatively new. Think those could ever fit though?

I am betting that they will not just bolt on. Our cars didn't come with 15s or 17s so the bolt patterns will most likely not match. I think our pattern is 5x4 1/2.

First set the guy said that the rims are as follows:

    15x10 (he thinks) 5x4.5

    those should work right?

Bolt pattern is correct but 15x10 will probably not fit, for sure not on the front, 8" wide rims is about all a stock suspension car will handle in the back with 4 1/2" backspace

My back ones are 14x11. I do need to roll the lip tho. Nobody wants 14s either so I guess my info is in vain, sorry.
