    Neat old truck, but I'm with Bums_Steer, a 302 is a bad choice for what looks like a 2-ton truck. Let alone a 2-ton that can haul up to 5-6,000 lb vehicles. And if that's the original (non 2 speed)rear in it, I'd say it tops out around 60-70 mph(if that). If you're looking for quick cash I'd say don't trade, if you can sit on it awhile might be a good deal. The small block is really gonna hurt it though.
