I mocked up my rear 15X8 wheels with 4.5 bs, and was wondering if anyone had a problem with the bracket that has the bump stop ? Seems that mine is in the way big time, Im going to need to cut the flange off the braket it's about 1.5 inches long and wont clear the tire... and the bracket it's self is really close too.... It's a 6 cyl. car with a 8" five lug rear..
(wondering now if it is even a mav/comet rear)

4.5 backspacing is a little much for these cars, if it clears, trim it.

I have 15 X 8 with 4.5 backspace, it is so close. I think 4.25 backspace would be perfect. I think it varies car to car.

Hmmm ! I might have to use a 1/4" spacer... I would hate to see what my 10" wheels are gonna rub on...lol...

I may just cut the whole dang thing off and weld on a new one that is straight down with no outward angle...

I shave the brackets with a cut-off wheel to fit my 15x8 w/5" BS
