    We tore the transmission out of my dads 2000 Chevy Silverado 4.3 6 cylinder.. Hauled over 25 vehicles with that little six until the transmission finally went.

    $1500 in my car/truck fund.. Sold my 1988 Ford F-150 today so that boosted from $150 to $1500.. Now im gonna start working on my 70 grabber and get it sold then that should get me over the $3k mark.

    Mine too! But I'd be just as happy with a standard or extended cab. Found a 88 Chevy last year for $1500 that needed a engine but it was right around Christmas when freight was slow and money was tight. Someday, someday, I'll find a deal when I have the money!:D
