Me too, atleast try and sell it to private first before scraping. Even if at scrap prices give it another chance.

Same as posted above here in AZ, if the car is cut up no title needed. My BIL usssualy cuts and makes them into 3 pieces. Does this all the time makes good money off of other peoples junk cars and haul away scrap, and I get all the free parts I'm willing to grab on the "scrap" cars :).

Post some pics of it cleaned up some...I'm gonna see if there's any interest over on the HAMB. I'm with the other guys...you could be sitting on parts worth much more than scrap prices.

So far it looks like they are saying all of the stainless trim is of value if you carefully remove it. Save the back window till you can find someone in need and ebay the hubcaps. There should be a market for anything else you find that appears to be reusable....but once that's all off sell the rest by the pound. That body is too far gone.

Warning...they are not a very tollerant crowd. Traditional hotrods and drag cars ONLY. No Mustangs, Mavericks, Rat Rods and especially....no mention of BILLET! :naughty:

I participate there on the mainly on the old drag car side. There is alot of good information there.
