NEW Hot Wheels Maverick !!! Finally

The only place you will find a green Street Beast is Kmart. It was a special color only released there ... I think only for HWs Collectors Day there.

 

The Kmarts around here suck. THey never have any hotwheels stocked.

 

I just got the blue Street beast (2011 Grabber) yesterday for $1.11 at the IGA

 

There is a little info on K-Mart Hot Wheels I'd like to pass on. When K-Mart had their Hot Wheels Collector's Day back in February, they all wound up getting a bunch of extra cases of Hot Wheels for that special day. The cars that no one bought had to go somewhere so they put up an extra rotating rack somewhere at an end of an isle in the toy department. The K-Mart where I bought 9 of the red Street Beast Maverick, this past Saturday, had a real poor selection hanging where they normally stock their Hot Wheels. Out past the Barbie dolls at the end of that isle was this fully stocked rotating rack of Hot Wheels. So the next time you are in K-Mart, look around a little more and you might get lucky. Out of 5 K-Marts in local driving distance for me, 3 of these have this extra remotely located rack now.

 

Lucked out and got a red one on ebay for $1.75 with free shipping.

All the other listings are way to much for a 98 cent Hot Wheel.

So now I at least have one of each, I just hope my local stores get the red ones before the 2012 models come in.

 

My brother gave me a Johnny Lightning white with black stripes 70 model grabber.
Hood opens and has tinted windows. I never saw one of these before.

 

That is a good price! Good job! I just got my yellow Grabber that I won on ebay for under $3 including shipping. The idiot put it in a regular letter sized envelope and by the time I got it 2 days later it was all bent up and creased. He said he will send me another one. I sure hope he does and hopefully puts this one in a box.

 

The K mart here in yuma closed 6 years ago. The closest K mart is 3 hrs drive. If someone can get me some Street Beasts Ill give you double plus shipping.

Johnny lightnings are by far the best looking 1/64 cars

Anything under $3 is a great price, considering gas prices. Some sellers are crazy and want $6 for shipping and then $3+$1 for each car

I was watching that Auction for 6 days and no one bid on it till today, so in the last 12 seconds I bid 3 dollars on in.

I always only do snipe bidding, because I've gotten into a bidding war before and ended up going $20 over my limit

I would say it is pretty common anymore. Back in the day one knew who they were bidding against. Not anymore.

 

A friend of mine found me 2 red ones yesterday, so they should start showing up around here...finally!
