Is there a real good oem shop manual out there I can get..ebay, amazon whatever, or a download that shows the complete body assembly for a 1972 maverick? I'm looking for something highly detailed showing all the tiny little parts for assembly, gaskets grommets, trim etc etc... my car is a bare chasses with a motor, and I'm trying to figure how everything goes back "correctly"
I looked on Abebooks.com. Search "Ford 1972 car shop manual". I found several available. They are five volume sets. The cheapest is $66.
alright...thx, I found some on ebay. I used to have a 70 parts car for this thing, but I didn't have the heart to part it out...I may head to the junkyard too and see if I'm lucky enough to find a complete car. Stupid body shop disassembled it to a bare chassis, went out of business and all my smalls went byby
I can't open the pdf shop manuals anymore. I think it has something to do with having Adobe Acrobat on my system or it could be Win7 or Win8. The OwnerGuard Protected is stopping me.
This was very helpful & informative thanks. Does anyone have a downloadable engine & alternator wiring diagram, that also shows the color coding for the wires themselves? Thanks Tom
