Your buying true HID lamps for 30 bucks?? Dont think so. Your buying "halogen" chinese HID lamps is my guess. Hope that warranty covers your car.

Hah.... No man while kits. Bulbs, ballasts, wiring, everything. Hope you enjoy the 300 dollars of burnt out HIDS.

Hid conversions that you see are typically just a gimmick
..waste of money that actually hurts your lightng distance, while also having hot spots at the beam cutoff and side scatter beam that blinds on comming traffic..

For the simply face that it's just a ballet in a halogen housing and no projector..

Black flames lighting does the HID conversions the correct way..
Also just stick with a 5000K ..anything more and the beam distance actually shortens..

For LED projectors check out JW speaker

Take a picture of your beam cutoff bet the cutoff isn't flat has a bad hot spot and has side beam scatter..
Projector less "HID" conversions are shit and is a lose lose for everyone on the road

I'm still not 100% sure even with a projector will work well due to the housings being reflector housings..
