I've searched around and there is plenty of info on what to do, but I need measurements on where to drill the holes for my rear brackets. There is plenty of info and templates for the front, but I haven't seen anything for the rear. I don't have access to a small bumper car to take measurements from, so I need your help. Thanks, Brad

Thank you very much!! I'm assuming the 19 1/4 is from the center of the other inside hole? Is there a measurement from the outside of the car to one of those holes? This is a big help.

Edit: I just ran out in the garage and I'm guessing it's 19 1/4 from the center of the car.

When I did mine...I found the centerline of the car and went from there...but I had a bumper with a centerline marked on it that helped a lot. The bracket will sit on top of the frame rails. Drill holes in tail panel from the inside of trunk after welding the brackets to the trunk floor

Thanks Jeff. I don't have the inner brackets yet, but if I remember correctly the ones from a 65-66 mustang are the same?

I did as well. The only thing you might want to do is cut off the spare tire stop that is part of one of the brackets.

Ordered up the brackets. Should have them next week. I checked a few different big mustang places and most of them were out of stock. Ended up ordering from California Mustang. They didn't say they were out of stock, so hopefully they had them. Either way I should be able to mark out where to drill the holes without them.
