Small bumper conversion cost?

    Hello,
    I found a person online that has a complete set of the comet small bumper conversion (front and back). How much should I offer him for fair/good condition parts? Shipping would be extra.

    Hi Alex:
    Just read your post on the Comet small bumper conversion.. I'd suggest asking for photos of the bumpers .. If you
    have to Re-Chrome the bumpers it's going to bump the cost up for YOU quite a bit. Keeping in mind .. COMET Front Bumpers are sometimes difficult to locate ALSO get the Splash Guard which fits slightly UNDER the bumper in front as THEY TOO are hard to find since they only made them for 71 and 72's . I 'too' have a small bumper COMET and I had to search for MY front bumper .. The ' bumper brackets' are specific also.
