Can a '74 speedometer cluster housing (blue section), be used to replace a late '75-'77 housing?

The only difference that I can see between the 74 and 75-77 housing, other than the color, are the clips for the little blue domes for the lights.

Does anyone have a junk late '75-77 cluster and printed circuit for cheap?

I would like to buy one to build a prototype tach cluster for the later cars.

I don't care about the condition. It will not be used in a car.

PM member Tim Blum - he rebuilds clusters and has lots of parts left over from ones he has salvaged.
