What's the best way to remove the stainless steel trim on my Comet GT grill? I want to repaint but would like to remove those stainless peices first.

I know they come off, but I was afraid I was going to bend them. I just taped them off.

    Thanks

I'm thinking taping might be the best way to go. I don't want to bend any that's for sure.

I put the question out to see if there was an easy (low risk) way to get them off.

There is no easy way to get them off with out damage. Tape them off.
